What areas of Bali do you serve?

We deliver mobile massage and barber services across South Bali (Seminyak, Canggu, Kuta, Legian, Sanur, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua) and Ubud. Travel inside the core area of each location is included; properties further out may carry a small travel fee that is always quoted before your booking is confirmed.

How do I book a service?

You can book directly through our website using the booking flow on this page, or message us on Instagram @bowyservices. Most bookings are confirmed within minutes during operating hours.

What are your hours?

We operate seven days a week from 8 AM to 10 PM Bali time (WITA, UTC+8). Evening slots fill quickly — earlier bookings give you more time-slot choice.

Do I need to provide anything for the massage?

No. Our therapists arrive with a portable professional massage table, premium oils, fresh towels, music, and any other equipment required for your chosen service. You only need a quiet space large enough for the table (roughly 2 by 3 metres).

Are your therapists and barbers certified?

Yes. All BOWY practitioners are professionally trained and vetted. Massage therapists are trained in authentic Balinese technique alongside other modalities (deep tissue, aromatherapy), and barbers are experienced professionals working with standard barbershop tools and products.

What languages do your therapists speak?

Our team speaks English and Bahasa Indonesia. Many practitioners also have working ability in additional languages commonly heard in Bali. Let us know if you have a specific preference at booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash (IDR), credit and debit cards, and bank transfer. Payment is collected at the end of your service. Quoted prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Yes. We ask for at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, which gives our therapists time to plan their day. Same-day rebooking is usually possible subject to availability.

Do you offer couples massage?

Yes. Our couples massage is delivered by two therapists working simultaneously with two portable tables set up side-by-side, indoors or in a quiet outdoor space at your villa or hotel.

Is mobile massage hygienic?

Yes. Every booking uses fresh, clean linens and sanitized equipment. Oils are sealed and single-client. Our practitioners follow professional spa hygiene standards throughout the session.

Do you offer services for children?

Yes, we offer a dedicated Kids Haircut service designed for a gentle, comfortable experience at home. Children's massage is not offered at this time.

Can I book for a group or event?

Yes. We regularly serve bachelorette parties, weddings, retreats, and corporate groups. Contact us via Instagram with your group size, date, and location and we will design a package and quote.
